Returns Policy

All orders are hand selected and inspected to ensure they are the best possible quality

ONLINE ORDERS:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your plant upon arrival, please email (sales@rietkolfarms.co.za) with a picture of the plant and a description of the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order. If we concur with the issue at hand, which is at our discretion to accept or reject a return or refund claim, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost (Please note: This excludes shipping which will be charged accordingly for the replacement) or offer you a refund. Please note we will not replace or refund orders after this 24-hour period. All returns or refunds are subject to the Return/Refund Procedure being met.

AT FARM PURCHASES:

Please insure you check your plants before leaving our farm as we will not accept returns for farm purchases for plant health or quality reasons.

Please allow 5 business days for you refund payment to be settled.
